Fron Towyn Cottage
Fron Towyn is a stone cottage in New Quay. It's detached. You're a five minute walk from the main beach, and a bit less to the dog beach.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and looked after. The doorways are a bit low in places, and there's a small step into the living room.
You can bring two dogs. There's parking on the gravel drive outside the cottage.
From the door, you can walk to the harbour, the shops, and a few pubs and places to eat. The chip shop is good. You can sit on the harbour wall with it. Boat trips go from there too, for dolphin watching. If you want a swim, the main beach is sandy. The dog beach is pebbly.
For walking, you can pick up the coast path right from the village. It's steep in parts. The path north to Cwmtydu is nice. You might see seals there in the autumn.
Aberaeron is about a ten minute drive south. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses. The National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate is just outside it. Aberystwyth is half an hour north, and Cardigan is about half an hour south.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. The living room and the entrance are wheelchair accessible, but the rest of the cottage isn't, because of the stairs and the steps between rooms.
