Penwig Isaf

Penwig Isaf is a semi-detached house at the top end of New Quay. It's about a two minute walk down the hill to the harbour and the main beach. The views are very good.

It sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and has what you need. The bedrooms upstairs are fine, but the ceilings slope in places like you'd expect.

You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed, which helps with that.

New Quay itself is small. There's a shop, a few pubs, and some cafes all within a couple of minutes' walk. The Dolau is a decent local. It's a proper seaside town, so in summer it's busy with people coming for the beach and the boat trips. You can often see dolphins from the harbour wall.

For a bigger beach with more space, Cwmtydu is about a ten minute drive up the coast. It's a National Trust cove and it's quieter. You sometimes see seals there. Aberaeron is a fifteen minute drive north. It's a bit smarter, with colourful houses around the harbour and good places to eat.

If you want to walk, the Ceredigion Coastal Path runs right through town. You can head north towards Aberaeron or south. The scenery is good.

Inside, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Parking is on site for one car. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it.
