Penwig Isaf is in New Quay, right up near the top of the town. It's semi-detached and looks out over the bay. You get a good view of the sea from the front rooms.
It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The beach is about a minute's walk down the hill. There's a shop, a pub, and places to eat just along the road. It's very handy.
The harbour is right there. You can watch the boats, go out on a trip to see the dolphins, or get fish and chips. You often see dolphins from the shore.
If you want to walk, the Ceredigion Coastal Path runs through the town. It's good in both directions. For a quieter beach, you can drive to places like Cwmtydu. It's a National Trust cove and sometimes you see seals there.
Aberaeron is about fifteen minutes south by car. It's a nice harbour town with coloured houses. Inland, you've got places like Lampeter or the National Trust's Llanerchaeron house, both within half an hour.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot available. There's parking for one car on the drive. We can take one well-behaved dog.
