Tegfan is in Ffos-y-ffin, a small place outside Aberaeron. It’s an old blacksmith’s cottage, so it's small and the walls are thick. It's next to the village pub.
It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been modernised inside but kept the old features. The living space is all open-plan downstairs, with the kitchen at one end and the bed at the other. There's a Smart TV and WiFi.
Outside, there's a small enclosed yard out the back. It's long and narrow, with a table and chairs. You get one parking space right at the front.
You can bring up to two dogs. The yard is enclosed, but it's not huge for them to run around in.
The pub is right next door. There's a supermarket about five minutes walk away in the village, which is handy.
Aberaeron is a couple of miles down the road. It's a nice little harbour town with good places to eat. The Wales Coast Path runs right through it. You can see dolphins in Cardigan Bay sometimes. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here: National Trust Wales.
New Quay is about fifteen minutes south by car, Aberystwyth is about half an hour north. Both have beaches and more places to eat. If you want to go inland, the Elan Valley is within half an hour for walking.
What’s here: all bedding and towels are included. There's the parking space, the enclosed yard, the TV and WiFi. It's all on one level inside, but there's a small step at the front door.
