Bwthyn
This is Bwthyn. It's our place near New Quay in Ceredigion. It's on the farm here, but it's detached and separate from all the farm buildings, so you don't get any noise or traffic. It's very quiet.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which helps when there's a few of you. It's a 4 Star place. It was converted from an old barn, so the walls are thick stone and the ceilings are beamed. It feels solid.
You get two gardens. One faces south, I think. There's space for sitting out. At the bottom of one garden, over a little footbridge, there's a pitch and putt course and two lakes. You're welcome to use them. We often see red kites circling over the fields.
For the coast, New Quay is about a mile and a half down the lane. The Wales Coast Path is about a mile away if you want a proper walk. By car, you can be in Aberaeron in about twenty minutes, or Llangrannog in fifteen. Both have good beaches.
Things here: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
There's a shop and a pub within two miles. The nearest one is in Cross Inn.
