Bwthyn
This is Bwthyn. It's in Maen y groes, out near New Quay in Ceredigion. The cottage is on our working farm, but it's set away from all the farm buildings so it's quiet. You don't hear the daily stuff.
We converted it from an old barn a good while ago, so the walls are thick and the ceilings are low in places. It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything works.
You get two gardens. One's at the front and the other slopes down from the back. At the bottom of that one, over a footbridge, there are two little lakes and a pitch and putt area you can use. We see red kites here almost every day.
For getting out, you're about a mile and a half from New Quay and its beach. The Wales Coast Path is about a mile away too, so you can join it for a proper cliff walk. The closest shop and pub are within two miles.
Other places you might drive to: Llangrannog is about seven miles up the coast, it's a lovely cove. Aberaeron is nine miles south, it's a smart little harbour town with colourful houses. You can reach Cardigan or Aberystwyth within half an hour if you want a bigger town.
Things here: it's detached, with parking. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. The BBQ and garden furniture are there. We include bedding. A cot and highchair are available. We accept up to two pets.
