Bristol House

Bristol House is in New Quay. It's a Victorian house in a row of other houses, right in the village. It sleeps eight people in five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite shower room off the main bedroom.

It's a 4 Star place. We've just finished renovating it. We kept the floorboards, some of the stone walls, and the fancy plasterwork on the ceilings. The rooms are big. It's clean and comfortable, not too fussy.

You're about 150 yards from the beach. There are shops, pubs, and places to eat within 50 yards. The town is built on a hill, so expect some slopes.

We've got a patio garden out the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's a barbecue. Inside, there's a wood burner, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to three dogs.

For a day out, Aberaeron is a 15 minute drive north. It's a Georgian town with colourful houses around the harbour. Cardigan, to the south, has a castle and the river. The Coastal Path is right here. Good beaches nearby are Mwnt, Aberporth, and Cei Bach.
