Ty Draenog

This is Ty Draenog. It's a semi-detached cottage near Maen y groes in Ceredigion, South Wales. We converted it from an old milking shed back in 2020. It's on our small holding, so it's quiet. We've got a few acres here.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a super king bed. The other has two singles that can be zipped together to make another king. There's one bathroom. The place is a 5 Star, which means it's well finished and comfortable. The stairs are normal.

Downstairs has underfloor heating. It works well. Outside, there's a patio with a table and chairs. There's also a fenced paddock right by the cottage. You can let dogs off there. We allow two pets.

You can walk down to the coast path from the back of our land. From there it's about a mile and a half into New Quay. They've got shops, pubs, and beaches. You sometimes see dolphins from the harbour there. For days out, Ceredigion Coast Path is right there. National Trust Wales has places like Llanerchaeron nearby. The ruins of Strata Florida Abbey are about a 25 minute drive inland.

Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside.
