This is Beudy. It's one of four cottages, built as a proper conversion of old farm buildings near Ystrad Aeron. They're arranged in an L-shape around the parking area. You get your own enclosed patio with a hot tub, which is private.
It sleeps four, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. One of them is a ground floor wet room, which is handy. The place has a 5 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's all on one level which is good for access, but mind the door thresholds if you're using a wheelchair.
You're right out in the countryside here. It's quiet. There's a shared bit of grass away from the cottages with football nets and a picnic bench if you've got kids. We've got a barn owl that lives around the place too.
For things to do, the coast is the big draw. Aberaeron is about six miles. It's a nice little harbour town with colourful houses, some good places to eat, and an ice cream shop. There's a flat path from the National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate that goes right into town, which is good for bikes or pushchairs. National Trust Llanerchaeron.
New Quay is a bit further on, maybe twenty minutes by car. The dolphins are often in the bay there, which is good to see. The whole Ceredigion coast path is stunning for a walk.
In terms of what's here, it's got pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a highchair and a cot if you need them.
