Llanfair Hill Cottage
Llanfair Hill Cottage is near the village of Gorsgoch in Carmarthenshire. It's on our smallholding, about 23 acres. It used to be the milking parlour, but we renovated it all in 2022. It's just for two people.
It's all on one level. One bedroom with a super king bed that can be two twins if you prefer. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. We think it's comfortable and well-finished.
The cottage is attached to our house, but you have your own entrance and a private enclosed patio. The views are over our fields. It's very quiet here. You're welcome to walk your dogs on the land. We've also got stabling if you want to bring a horse, just let us know ahead of time.
You're right in the countryside for walking straight from the door. For the coast, New Quay is about 11 miles away. It's got a harbour, boat trips, and a few shops. Aberaeron is a bit further, maybe 15 minutes in the car. It's a nice little harbour town with colourful houses.
If you want to go further, Aberystwyth is about 45 minutes. It's a university town with a long pier and promenade. The Cardigan Bay coastal path runs all along here. There's plenty of walking.
Inside, it's got everything you'd need. WiFi, TV, a proper kitchen with an oven and hob. Washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
