Hen Llaeth is on my farm off a private lane in Cwmsychbant. It's a stone cottage that used to be a cowshed. It's one of three all together. Your garden is south facing.
It's for two people. One bedroom with an en-suite shower. You can bring one dog. We've got a field they can run in. The rating is 4 Star.
You'll see the animals, alpacas and donkeys and such, around the place. They're just in the fields.
The shop and the nearest pub are about five miles away in Llanybydder. For a big shop, you'd go to Lampeter. It's about eight miles.
The coast at New Quay is the main draw. It's about 25 minutes by car. The beach is good, and you can sometimes see dolphins from the harbour. Boat trips go from there.
Aberaeron is up the coast, famous for the coloured houses by the harbour. Aberystwyth is further, about an hour's drive. It's a proper town with a long promenade.
Newcastle Emlyn is about 20 minutes away. It's a nice little market town on the River Teifi. Cenarth, nearby, has the waterfall where you can see salmon jump sometimes.
In the cottage you've got a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
