Ty Ffynnon
Ty Ffynnon is in Llannon. It's a detached house, so no one's on the other side of the wall. You've got your own garden. It's enclosed, which is handy if you've brought the dog.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is useful with that many people. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, everything works, it's not overly fancy. We've left a cot and a highchair in the cupboard under the stairs if you need them.
The beach is about a ten minute walk down the lane. It's a proper beach, not just a cove. You can hear the sea from the garden on a quiet night. There's a pub and a shop in the village, both within walking distance. The pub does food.
Aberaeron is about five miles north. That's where you go for the harbour, ice cream, and to watch the boats. They do dolphin spotting trips from there sometimes. It's a nice place for a wander and some fish and chips.
If you're walking, the Ceredigion Coastal Path runs right past the beach. For a change of scene, the National Trust has some good spots inland. You'll see red kites around here, they're everywhere once you start looking.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's parking for a couple of cars on the drive. The WiFi is fine for checking emails. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings, and we leave some wood for you to get started. Bedding and towels are included.
