Ty Ffynnon

Ty Ffynnon is in Llannon. It's detached, with its own garden. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which helps when there's a few of you. The stairs are normal stairs, no surprises there.

The beach is about a ten minute walk downhill. It's a proper sandy beach. The village has a shop and a couple of pubs you can walk to. One does food.

Aberaeron is about ten minutes in the car. It's a nice little harbour town. You can get boat trips from there and sometimes see dolphins. They've got good fish and chips.

For walking, you're right on the coast path. There's also a lot of National Trust land around here. The red kites are everywhere, which is nice to see. If you want to go a bit further, Aberystwyth is about a 25 minute drive up the coast.

In the house, there's a woodburner for colder nights, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. We can put a cot and highchair in if you need them.
