This is Ty Nant. It's a converted barn in Nebo, Ceredigion. It's all on one level. The living area is open plan. There are three bedrooms for six people and one bathroom, plus a separate toilet.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. You get the basics done well.
The views are good from here. You can see the hills and, on a clear day, Cardigan Bay in the distance. There's an enclosed patio with a table and a barbecue. It's a proper sit-out spot.
You're up on a hill so it feels quiet. The village of Llanon is about a mile and a half down the road. They've got a shop, a pub that does food, and a beach. It's not a huge beach but it's handy.
If you like walking, you're sorted. The coast path is accessible from Llanon. For bigger beaches and towns, Aberaeron is about ten minutes by car. It's a nice little harbour place with coloured houses and good places to eat. You should try the honey ice cream they make there.
New Quay is maybe twenty minutes drive. They get dolphins in the bay quite often. Aberystwyth is about half an hour for the pier, the castle ruins, and the cliff railway.
Facilities wise: it's got parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot if you need it.
