Tynlon Villa is a bungalow on our farm, near Swyddffynnon. It's detached, so no one else attached to the walls. The farm is 90 acres, mostly pasture. The bungalow sits right on the edge of it, so the views are out over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not modern luxury. It’s homely. There's an electric fire in the living room for cooler evenings.
The garden is split into three bits. There's a side lawn that gets the sun, good for hot days. The front lawn is more sheltered, we've had a barbecue out there before. You can see the Cors Caron bog and the Cambrian Mountains from there.
You're welcome to bring dogs, up to three. The garden is enclosed but always check a fence for your own dog's sake.
The location is quiet. The nearest shop, pub, and restaurant are in Tregaron, about four miles away. Tregaron itself is a small town, it's got the Kite Centre and Museum. You're a short drive from Cors Caron, which is a huge raised bog, good for walking and birdwatching. The Visit Wales site has details on Cors Caron.
Aberaeron is down on the coast, about a 20-minute drive. Aberystwyth is about the same, maybe 25 minutes. Devils Bridge is closer, about 15 minutes. For cycling, the National Cycle Route 82 goes through the area.
Facilities: there's a TV, parking right outside, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
