Bwthyn Onnen Pontrhydfendigaid

Bwthyn Onnen is one of three cottages here on the farm. It's a working sheep and beef farm, so you'll see the animals in the fields. We've got about 140 acres.

The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and a leather sofa by the wood burner. It's got a vaulted ceiling so it feels quite spacious. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well finished and comfortable.

Outside, you've got your own patio and garden area. And your own hot tub. You can bring one dog.

The farm links directly onto the Ystwyth Cycle Trail. It's over sixteen miles long for walking or cycling. You're right on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains here. For a longer walk, the Pumlumon range is to the north.

The nearest shop and pub are in Pontrhydfendigaid, about a mile away. Tregaron, the market town, is a few miles further. They've got the Rhiannon Welsh Gold Centre there if you're looking for gifts. The trotting races are sometimes held here on the farm, which is a big local event.

Aberystwyth is about a 25 minute drive. It's a university town on the coast. You can walk the promenade, visit the National Library, or take the cliff railway. The Vale of Rheidol Railway runs from there up to Devil's Bridge.

In terms of stuff here: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's also a shared games room on site for guests. Parking is right outside.

If you're bringing a horse, we can arrange that too. We've got stables and a paddock.
