Dyffryn Haidd is a bungalow, near Tregaron. It's detached. You're right out in the fields at the edge of Llanafan village. The views are all hills.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 5 Star place, so everything is in good order. Two dogs are welcome.
The main living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. There's a twin bedroom and a family bathroom down there too, with a big spa bath. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, each with their own shower room.
We turned the garage into a games room. There's a table tennis table and a dartboard in there. It's a good space if the weather turns.
You're about four miles from a shop and a pub. The nearest proper beach is at Borth, which is about twenty minutes in the car.
You're well placed for getting out. The Visit Ceredigion site has good local information. The Vale of Rheidol steam railway starts at Devil's Bridge, which is five miles away. It's a lovely trip down to Aberystwyth. Aberystwyth itself has everything you'd need: seafront, shops, a cinema. The RSPB reserve at Ynys-hir is about a twenty-five minute drive.
For walking, you're surrounded by it. The Cambrian Mountains are right there. You can pick up the Ceredigion Coast Path within half an hour. The area was used for filming 'Hinterland'.
In the house, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. There's an enclosed garden with a patio and a barbecue. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
