Morfa Ganol is a farmhouse near Penmorfa in Carmarthenshire. It's detached, and you get a fair bit of land with it. The garden is mostly lawn, with some trees and shrubs. The views from the patio are over fields and hills. It's quiet.
The house sleeps eleven, in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, one is ensuite to the main bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The ceilings are beamed and quite high in some rooms. There are two living rooms and a conservatory, which is useful with a big group so people can spread out.
The kitchen is a decent size for cooking for everyone. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a wood burner in one of the living rooms. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The house is listed as having wheelchair accessible entrance and coastal access. For specifics on what that means for this property, please ask and I can give you the details.
You can bring up to two dogs.
The closest proper beach with facilities is in Llangrannog, about a mile away by road. Penbryn is about two miles, it's a long sandy beach good for walks. There's a very small, secluded beach called Traeth Bach even closer, but the path down to it is steep and a bit of a scramble. I wouldn't recommend it for everyone.
The Ceredigion Coastal Path runs about half a mile from the house. You can get onto it via a lane and a footpath.
Cardigan is about a fifteen minute drive. You've got shops and supermarkets there. For a day out, the National Trust has a few places nearby, like Llanerchaeron. The Visit Wales site is good for planning trips further into Pembrokeshire or up towards Aberystwyth.
