The Cottage
The Cottage is on our farm in Tan y groes, near Cardigan. It’s detached, so it’s just you. We’re set back in 48 acres of fields.
It’s for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s all on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There’s a walk-in shower.
We’ve got animals here. Alpacas, donkeys, goats, that sort of thing. You’re welcome to come and see them. Kids usually like that. There’s also a barbecue hut you can book with us for a small charge if you want to use it.
The lane to Aberporth and the coast is about five minutes away by car. The beach at Penbryn is lovely, it's managed by the National Trust. For a proper walk, you can pick up the Ceredigion Coast Path there.
There’s a shop and a pub about a mile away. Cardigan town is close for supermarkets. New Quay is about 15 minutes up the coast, you sometimes see dolphins from the harbour. Aberaeron is a bit further, maybe 25 minutes, good for a meal out.
Inside, it’s open plan. There’s a TV, wifi, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can park right outside. There’s an electric vehicle charger. We allow pets, up to three.
