It's Cwmporthman Farm Cwtch, near Blaenporth. It's a single, detached pod on our working dairy farm. We built it ourselves. It sleeps four, but it's all in one open-plan room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. There's one shower room downstairs.
You get your own deck with a hot tub, looking out over the field where the cows are. The patio is enclosed, so if you bring a dog, it can be off the lead there. It needs to be on a lead anywhere else on the farm though, because of the animals.
You're down a farm lane to get to it. It's a proper track, so if your car is very low to the ground, it might scrape a bit.
Aberporth beach is about five minutes in the car. It's a good, sandy one. There are plenty of others nearby too, like Mwnt, Llangrannog, and the National Trust beach at Penbryn. The coastal path is right there for walking.
New Quay harbour is about a twenty minute drive. You can sometimes see dolphins from the pier there. Aberaeron, with the coloured houses around the harbour, is about half an hour away.
Inside, it's all new. There's a kitchen area with a hob and fridge, a TV, and WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
