Twit Too Woo is a lodge on a small holiday park near Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. It’s one of a pair, detached from the others, and made of cedar wood. It sits in a wooded area so it's private and shaded.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star lodge, so it's comfortable and clean. Everything is on one level which is handy.
Inside it's open plan. The French doors open onto a deck that goes around the side. You can sit out there. The kitchen is a galley kitchen, so it's efficient but not huge. There's a flame effect fire for cooler evenings.
The park itself is family-run and quiet. There's a heated outdoor pool open in season, a kids' play area, a games room with pool tables, and a big field. Sometimes they have entertainment nights and open a coffee lounge.
You can walk to the hamlet of Cenarth in about fifteen minutes. There's a village shop and a couple of pubs there. Newcastle Emlyn is a short drive for a bigger supermarket.
The local area is good for wildlife. The Welsh Wildlife Centre and Teifi Marshes are about ten minutes away by car. It's a good wetland reserve for walking.
The coast is about half an hour’s drive. Cardigan is where you can pick up the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. New Quay is a bit further, where you can sometimes see dolphins on boat trips. For a proper beach day, you're looking at about a 40-minute drive.
In terms of what's here, you've got the deck with a BBQ, parking right outside, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Pets are allowed, up to two.
If you need more space, you can book the lodge next door, Owls About, as well.
