Lletty Cottage is in Capel Iwan, Carmarthenshire. It's at the top of a lane, detached, with views across the valley. You get about an acre of grounds to yourselves. It's quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The bathroom ceiling is sloped, which is fine but you notice it.
The kitchen is a good size, with a dining table. The living room has a wood burner. There's a TV and WiFi. The towels and bedding are included. There's parking right outside and an electric car charger.
The local pub is about a five minute drive down the hill, near the river. Newcastle Emlyn is three miles away for shops. It's a decent little town with a castle ruin and a leisure centre with a pool.
You're about 20 minutes from the Cardigan Bay coast. Good beaches like Poppit Sands. The Preseli Hills and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are within half an hour for walking. The National Wool Museum is nearby in Dre-fach Felindre.
The place is on a farm. Next door they make the Caws Cenarth cheese, which you can buy.
