Golwg Y Cwm is a converted barn on our sheep farm near Cwmorgan. The name means Valley View. You can see why from the living room.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite shower room downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining, living area. There's a wood burner. The floor is the original slate, so it can feel cool. Doors lead out to a terrace. The terrace has a glass balcony so the view isn't blocked. It's enclosed.
You have your own indoor hot tub in a separate room. It fits six.
We're a working farm. You'll see sheep, and occasionally hear us. Red kites are often overhead.
The nearest shop and pub is about five miles away, in Cenarth. Newcastle Emlyn is a ten minute drive. It's a small market town with a ruined castle, shops and cafes on the River Teifi.
For the coast, Cardigan is about half an hour. Poppit Sands is good for families. The National Trust beach at Mwnt is special, about a 35 minute drive. Aberporth and New Quay are a similar distance.
Other places within about 30 to 50 minutes include the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran, Oakwood Theme Park, and Folly Farm. Tenby is just under an hour.
In terms of what's here: parking, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, a cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. There is an electric vehicle charger. Sorry, no pets.
