Right, this is Bwthyn Bach. It’s a holiday cottage on our smallholding just outside the hamlet of Trelech, near Dinas. The address says Carmarthenshire but you're basically right on the border with Pembrokeshire.
It's a semi-detached cottage, one of two identical ones side by side. They're separate so you get your own space. It sleeps two, just one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well put together and comfortable.
It's a proper rural spot. You'll look out over our fields. There's on site parking right outside. Inside it's all open plan. There's a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The nearest proper shop is about eight miles away in Narbeth. For a supermarket, you’d be looking at Carmarthen which is about fifteen miles. That's just the reality of being out here.
For getting out, it's a good spot. The Preseli Hills are on your doorstep for walking. You can drive down to the coast at Tenby or Saundersfoot in under half an hour. We're also handy for a lot of the big castles like Carreg Cennen, Kidwelly, and Laugharne – that's the Dylan Thomas connection.
If you've got kids, or you're just into it, Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, and the Manor House Wildlife Park are all within about a thirty minute drive.
