Elm Cottage is in Gellywen, Carmarthenshire. It's a renovated farm building. The main thing is the view. You can see right out over the valley, all the way to Devon on a clear day.
It sleeps eight, but there are only three bedrooms. They've all got en-suite bathrooms. That's handy for a bigger group. There's also a wet room on the ground floor. It's rated 5 Star, so it's well-equipped and finished to a good standard.
The access is good for wheelchairs, with ramps and wide doors. There's an electric bed in one room if you need it.
You're in the countryside here. The closest shop and pub are about five miles away in Llanboidy. You'd need to drive. For beaches, Tenby and Saundersfoot are about half an hour. Pendine is a bit closer. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is on your doorstep for walking.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs and kids. You can bring two dogs. There's parking right outside.
If you're looking for things to do, the castle at Kidwelly is worth a visit. Or you can drive up into the Preseli Hills. For a full day out, St David's and its cathedral are about an hour's drive.
That's about it. It's a comfortable, modern place in a quiet spot with that view.
