Moonlight
This is Moonlight, it's in Talog. That's about twenty minutes outside Carmarthen, in the countryside. It's a new build, finished in 2021, so everything is modern and works properly.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's a king size bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower room, which is handy if you don't want to do stairs. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both with super king beds. There's another bathroom there.
The main room is open plan. Kitchen at one end, living space at the other. It's a good size. The kitchen has an electric oven that slides away into a cupboard. Smart TV on the wall.
Outside, there's a decked patio with a private hot tub. It faces west, so you get the sunset. There are no street lights here, so on a clear night you can see a lot of stars.
The cottage sits on thirty acres of our land. There are woods with a stream you're welcome to walk in. The National Cycle Route 47 runs along the boundary if you've brought bikes.
In terms of location, you're in the middle of the county. Carmarthen has the big supermarkets and shops, about a twenty minute drive. The coast at Tenby or Saundersfoot is half an hour the other way. They've got the proper sandy beaches.
A lot of the main attractions are within that half hour drive. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is close. So are places like Kidwelly Castle or the Dylan Thomas boathouse in Laugharne. If you want a theme park day, Oakwood and Folly Farm are about thirty minutes away.
We allow up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger on the drive. The property has a 5 Star rating, which just means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
