The Parlour
The Parlour is one of three cottages converted from old barns on our farm in Llanllwch. It's attached to the others, and we live next door. You're in the countryside here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on the ground floor, which is handy. It's open plan inside.
There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
The garden area is yours to use. You'll often see red kites and buzzards flying over the fields.
There's a shop about five minutes walk away. The nearest pub is a mile down the road in the village.
You're well placed here for getting out. The National Trust has a lot of coastal and countryside sites nearby. The Preseli Hills are good for walking. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is about a 20 minute drive.
For the coast, Tenby and Saundersfoot are less than half an hour away by car. They have proper sandy beaches. Carmarthen is the main town for bigger shops, about a 15 minute drive. Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived, is also close.
If you're bringing children, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park are within easy reach. There's also a golf course locally.
