Ty Cerrig Farmhouse

Ty Cerrig Farmhouse is an old place, on a hill near Bancyfelin. You can see a long way from here, over the fields. It sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating.

It's an old barn originally, so there are stone walls and oak beams. There's a wood burner in the main room. The stairs are the normal sort for an old building, not a modern spiral. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and a little balcony with a chair or two.

Outside, there's a hot tub. There's also a games room inside with a pool table, a football table, and some board games. For kids, there's a play area with a swing and slide. The garden is enclosed.

The village shop and a pub are about half a mile away. The pub does food.

For beaches, you're looking at about a twenty-minute drive. Pembrey Country Park has a long sandy beach and a forest. Further on, the proper Pembrokeshire coast is about half an hour by car. Tenby and Saundersfoot are both about thirty minutes away. Tenby has the coloured houses and the island, Saundersfoot is smaller.

Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived, is a fifteen-minute drive. You can visit his boathouse and the castle there. There are other castles nearby too, like Kidwelly and Carreg Cennen.

Inside, there's the normal stuff: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs. There's parking for a few cars.
