Yr Efail Argoed
Yr Efail Argoed is in Llanddowror. It's a quiet village west of St Clears, inland from the coast. The house is attached to the next one. You get your own garden and there's parking for a couple of cars right by the front.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and one bathroom with a shower. It's straightforward inside, clean and comfortable. It's got a 4 Star rating. The rooms are decent sized. It's a solid base.
The local pub is a five minute walk. They do meals. St Clears is three miles away for a Co-op and other shops. The coast at Pendine Sands is about six miles. It's a long, flat beach for walking. For bigger supermarkets, Carmarthen is about nine miles east.
The house has WiFi, a washing machine, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need it. You can bring one dog.
If you're planning days out, you're quite central. For castles, Laugharne Castle is about twenty minutes away, and Kidwelly Castle is about half an hour. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is a thirty minute drive, maybe a bit less. The Brecon Beacons are within the hour.
