The Old Vicarage is on the edge of Laugharne. It's a big, old Georgian house. Sleeps ten, over five bedrooms. Six bathrooms, which sounds like a lot, but it's handy with a big group.
It's a five star place, so it's been done up to a high standard. It's got original floors and high ceilings, so it feels right for a house of that age. There's a wood burner in the main living room. The stairs are normal.
Outside, there's a terrace with a hot tub. The garden is enclosed. There's plenty of parking on the drive.
You're about 200 yards from the centre of Laugharne. There's a pub and a restaurant very close, and a small shop a short walk away. The estuary and Laugharne Castle are a five minute stroll down the lane. Pendine Sands, that long beach, is about a mile and a half if you walk along the coastal path.
By car, you can get to a lot. Good beaches in South Pembrokeshire, like Tenby, are within half an hour. For days out, Folly Farm is about 35 minutes drive. Oakwood Theme Park is about 40 minutes.
The property has a games room, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. It's set up for Christmas if you book it then. You can bring two dogs.
