The Granary is one of two cottages here at Pendegy Mill, near Llanybri. It's us next door, then Mill Cottage, then yours. We're in a bit of a dip with trees around, so it's sheltered. You share the big garden with the other cottage if it's occupied.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and each one has its own bathroom, which is handy. It's 4 Star, so it's comfortable and everything works. It's open plan downstairs. The ceiling is vaulted because it was a granary, so the space feels quite big.
You're about half a mile from the coast path. To get to the beach, Llansteffan is the nearest, about two miles by road. It's a sand and mud estuary beach, good for a walk. The castle there is worth a look. Llansteffan Castle.
About twenty minutes west is Laugharne. Dylan Thomas's boathouse is there. It's an interesting place to wander. The drive along the estuary to Pendine is nice. Pendine has that long sandy beach.
Facilities: There's parking for two cars. The garden has a patio and a BBQ. Washing machine, cot and highchair are there if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charger. We take two dogs.
For planning, the Wales Coast Path site is good, and Visit Wales has general information.
