The Granary is a converted stone barn on our property, Pendegy Mill. It's in Llanybri, a quiet village near Carmarthen Bay. The cottage is next to Mill Cottage, which we also let out. You'll have your own patio area and there are shared lawns.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well finished, not old-fashioned.
You're half a mile from the West Wales Coast Path. It's about a two mile walk down to the beach at Llansteffan. There's a local pub and restaurant about half a mile away. The village shop is two miles.
Llansteffan village is close. It has a castle with good views over the Towy estuary. Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived, is about a 20 minute drive west. Pendine Sands, that long beach where they used to do the land speed records, is about 25 minutes away.
If you want to go further, Carmarthen town is roughly half an hour. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is about 40 minutes. Tenby is about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
The main living space is open plan. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and highchair if you need them. There's parking for two cars. We can take up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger.
