The Coach House is on the Bronyn Farm estate, right by the River Towy. It's a semi-detached barn conversion. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the river towards Llansteffan.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. It's got a five star rating. That means it's well finished, with things like underfloor heating and a wood burner. The living space is open plan with slate floors.
There's a south-facing patio with a table and chairs. There's also a hot tub on the patio, which faces the same view.
The Wales Coast Path runs right past the property. You can walk along the riverbank into Ferryside village in about twenty minutes. Ferryside has a pub, a good fish and chip shop, a small shop, and a beach. The beach is sandy with rock pools.
Kidwelly Castle is a five minute drive away. It's a well-preserved Norman castle. Further along the coast, about a twenty minute drive, is Pembrey Country Park. It has a big beach, woods, and activity things like a toboggan run.
Carmarthen is about fifteen minutes by car for bigger supermarkets. Llansteffan, with its castle and beach, is on the other side of the river. You drive round, which takes about twenty minutes.
The property has parking. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets.
