Bronyn Cottage
Bronyn Cottage is in Pant yr Athro, Carmarthenshire. It's detached, so there's no one attached to you. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-finished. Everything works.
It sleeps four. Two good sized bedrooms, both with a view of the estuary, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with a vaulted ceiling and beams.
The main thing about this place is the view. You're up above the River Towy, looking straight out across the water towards Llansteffan and Carmarthen Bay. It's very open. There's a little brook that runs past the cottage too. You cross a small bridge to get to the garden area.
French doors from the living room lead to the patio, where the hot tub is. You can sit in there and look at the river. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings.
The Wales Coast Path runs right by the property. It's about a twenty minute walk along it downhill into Ferryside village. There's a pub there, a good fish and chip shop, a small shop, and a Post Office. There's a beach, mainly sand and stones, good for a walk. The railway station is there if you need it.
The town of Kidwelly is a few minutes' drive away. Kidwelly Castle is there and it’s impressive. Further along the coast, Pembrey Country Park has a huge beach, a dry ski slope, and woods to walk in. It's about a 25 minute drive.
There's a dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
