This is Coast View Cottage in Pendine. It’s a terraced house, one of a row, but you get your own outdoor space and it looks straight out over Pendine Sands. That’s the main thing.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s got a 3 Star rating – it’s comfortable, clean and you get a great view for your money. The living area is open plan.
The beach is just over the road, a couple of minutes walk. It's a really long beach, good for walking or running the dog if you’ve got one. You can take two dogs. There’s parking here at the house.
The village centre with shops and pubs is about a mile and a half away, so you’d drive in. The beach is the main draw.
If you want to explore, Tenby and Saundersfoot are about a 30 minute drive. They’re proper seaside towns with shops and boat trips. Laugharne with Dylan Thomas's boathouse is close too, maybe 15 minutes. For walking, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is right there. The Preseli Hills are inland.
Facilities: it’s got a washing machine, dishwasher, bedding included, a highchair and a patio garden. It says coastal accessible, which means it's generally suitable for people with limited mobility, but you’d need to check the specifics.
