Brook View Cottage
Brook View Cottage is in Llanteg, Pembrokeshire. It's detached, but it's in the garden of our house. We're next door if you need anything, but you have your own space with a patio and the hot tub.
It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well kitted out and clean. Sleeps two, one bedroom upstairs. The stairs are quite steep, just so you know. There's an open plan room downstairs with big doors that open onto the patio. You get a wood burner, a kitchen with what you need, and a shower room.
We include bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. You can bring one dog. We've got a cot and a highchair if required.
It's about a mile to Amroth beach. It's a nice sandy beach, good for a walk. You can pick up the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from there. The village itself is quiet, just a pub really.
Tenby is about 15 minutes by car. It's a proper seaside town with a harbour, shops, and beaches. For a day out, places like Folly Farm or Oakwood Theme Park are within half an hour. For local walks and history, the National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Colby Woodland Garden.
That's about it. It's a comfortable spot for two people to use as a base.
