Sandy View
Sandy View is in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. It's an apartment, part of a small block called Harbour Heights. The main thing is the view. You look right out across the bay.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. Everything is new and clean.
You're up on the hill, so it's about a five minute walk down to the harbour and the beach. The path back up is steep, just so you know. Everything in the village is close by: shops, cafes, the pub. You don't need the car.
The apartment is open plan on the ground floor. Kitchen, dining, sitting area all in one space. There's a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms. It's a proper metal one, so it's not for everyone. If you've got very small children or anyone unsteady on their feet, it's worth thinking about.
You can bring two dogs. There's parking right outside.
Tenby is about ten minutes away by car. It's got the big beaches and the town walls. For a good walk, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path starts right there. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby.
Within half an hour you've got Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park, and a few golf courses. Mostly, people just come here for the beach and the coast.
Facilities: it's got everything you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
