Meadow Farm is a detached house just outside Tenby. It's quiet here but you're only a short drive from the town centre.
The house sleeps six, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The main thing is the view. You can see the sea from several rooms. It's not right on the beach, but it's a good outlook over fields to the coast.
Inside, it's got a games room with a TV and an Xbox. The garden is enclosed, which is good for kids or the dog. The kitchen is modern and has everything, including a coffee machine and a wine cooler.
The stairs are fine. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The beds are good quality, so you should sleep well.
There's a local pub you can walk to. For a proper beach, you need to drive. Tenby has a few. The North Beach is sandy and big. For boat trips, you can go over to Caldey Island from Tenby harbour.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is very close. You can join it for a long walk or just a short stroll.
If you're looking for a day out, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park are about a 20-minute drive. Saundersfoot is a ten-minute drive along the coast. It's smaller than Tenby and has a nice beach.
Facilities: everything's included like bedding and towels. There's parking for a couple of cars. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. There's a woodburner for cooler evenings.
