Southlands Barn

Southlands Barn is near Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so everything's on one level. That makes it good if you don't want stairs.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's rated 5 Star, which means it's been finished to a high standard. There are oak floors and a wood burner. The windows give you a good view over the fields.

You're about a five minute drive from Saundersfoot beach and village. The beach is sandy and good for a walk. Tenby is another ten minutes along the coast. It's a proper seaside town with a harbour and the usual stuff.

The barn is in a little courtyard with a couple of other places. Your bit of garden is enclosed, so it's fine for a dog. You'll see pheasants in the fields.

There's a shop and a pub a couple of miles away. Saundersfoot has a few restaurants now, more than it used to. For bigger supermarkets, you'd go to Tenby or Kilgetty.

If you want days out, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park are nearby. For walking, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is right there. You can get boat trips from Tenby out to Caldey Island.

It has the things you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.

One well-behaved dog is allowed.
