Seaways is on Priory Avenue in Tenby. It's a Victorian townhouse about a minute's walk from the South Beach and the harbour. You can see the sea from the top windows.
It's a four-bedroom house, sleeps eight. Two doubles, a twin, and a bunk room. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath, and a small shower room downstairs which is useful for sandy feet. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The kitchen is at the back. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining table is there too. Then there's a living room at the front with a bay window. There's a second sitting room upstairs if people want to split up. Both have TVs.
Outside is a small courtyard. It's enclosed. There's a table and chairs and a BBQ.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
The house is on a quiet street, but you're right in the middle of town. The shops, restaurants, and all the beaches are a few minutes walk. There's no private parking, but there's a long-stay car park at the multi-storey which is three minutes away.
For days out, you're in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal path is right there. A 30 minute drive gets you to places like Carew Castle, or you can get the boat to Caldey Island from the harbour. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby, like Stackpole.
