Seaways

Seaways is a terraced house on St. Julian's Street in Tenby. It's about a fifty yard walk to the harbour. You can see the main town beach from the front door.

It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. Two doubles, a twin, and a bunk room. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and a small shower room downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The place is part of a row of classic Tenby Georgian houses. It's just been done up. The ceilings are high, rooms are big, and it gets a lot of light through the tall windows.

Downstairs is mostly open plan. Kitchen, dining table, living area. Through a door at the back there's a second sitting room with a big corner sofa and a TV. That's handy if people want to split up.

Out the back is a small courtyard. It's walled in. There's a bistro set and a larger table with a parasol. It gets the sun in the morning.

The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of Tenby. The shops, restaurants, harbour, and North Beach are all on your doorstep. You don't really need the car.

For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, a travel cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Access notes: There's a step into the porch and another into the house. The main living floor is all on one level after that. The stairs inside are traditional, so they're a bit steeper than modern ones.

The whole of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is on the doorstep for walks. The Tenby beaches are all close. For a day out, Stackpole and Barafundle Bay are about half an hour's drive, and so is Pembroke Castle.
