The place is called Manorbier Boat House. It's just outside the village centre, up on the hill. You can see the castle and a bit of the bay from the upstairs windows.
It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped. It was built in the 1930s and it feels like it. The floors are timber, some of the furniture is antique, it's not a modern show home. It's just a solid, old house.
French doors from the living room open onto a big decking area. There's an enclosed garden too, it's a bit cottagey. The stairs are normal house stairs, not too steep.
The beach is about a ten minute walk down the hill. It's a nice sandy cove, sheltered. The castle is even closer, maybe five minutes. The village has a shop, a pub, a cafe and a restaurant. The restaurant is practically below the house, about three minutes walk.
Tenby is about a fifteen minute drive if you need more shops or a different beach. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park website has good information on walking the coast path. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby too, like Stack Rocks.
For facilities: it's got a woodburning stove, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right by the house. You can bring up to two dogs. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has a ground floor shower room.
