Pembroke House

Pembroke House is in the middle of Tenby. It's a big Georgian townhouse, sleeps twelve. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms, all spread over four floors. It was fully done up last year so everything's fresh.

The stairs are typical for a house like this, so they're a bit steep and there are a lot of them. Something to know if you've got anyone with dodgy knees.

You're right in town. The two main beaches, North and South, are a few minutes' walk away. So is everything else: the harbour, the shops, the restaurants. You won't need the car once you're here. There's private parking for two cars at the back, which is handy.

Inside, the rooms are tall and bright. The kitchen has a big range cooker. There's a proper dining table that fits everyone. The living room has doors out to a small courtyard garden, which gets the sun in the afternoon. It's enclosed.

For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, all the bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.

Tenby's the main thing, but if you want to get out, it's a good base. Caldey Island boat trips leave from the harbour. Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is all around you for walking. Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park are both about a 20 to 30 minute drive away.

It's a 4 Star place. That means it's well equipped and comfortable. It works for a big group because you're not on top of each other.
