Blackmoor Farmhouse is on our farm near Ludchurch, about two miles from Amroth. It's a detached place, so you won't have neighbours. It's on a quiet lane.
It sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped. There's plenty of space downstairs for everyone.
Because it's old, some things are as you'd expect. The doorways aren't all standard height. There are a couple of steps between rooms. The stairs are a typical farmhouse staircase.
Outside, there's a decent enclosed garden. The hot tub is there, set back from the house. It's private. You get a view over the fields.
For rainy days, there's a games room in an outbuilding with a pool table and dart board. It's nothing flash, but it does the job.
The local shop and pub are in Amroth, two miles away. The pub does food. The beach at Amroth is sandy and good for families.
For walking, you can join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path nearby. Tenby and Saundersfoot are about a twenty-minute drive. They've got the proper harbour fronts and good beaches.
Further inland, you've got places like Narberth for shops. There are castles like Carew and Pembroke within half an hour. For a day out, Folly Farm is popular with kids, or you could go to Oakwood theme park. Both are about a twenty-five minute drive.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and parking for several cars. We have a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
