The Cabin
The Cabin is on Penlan Holiday Village near Cenarth. It's a detached Scandinavian-style log cabin. It's surrounded by tall trees and feels quite private.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One double room and one with bunk beds. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable without being luxurious. It's all on one level, which is handy.
The living area has French doors that open onto a large wooden deck. There's furniture out there. The kitchen is compact but has what you need. The on-site pool is outdoor and heated, but the opening times are up to the park, so it's not guaranteed. There's a kids' playground and a lot of green space.
Cenarth village is a five-minute drive. The River Teifi runs through it. There are a couple of pubs, a cafe, and an ice cream shop there. It's known for its waterfalls and coracle fishing.
For beaches, Poppit Sands, Mwnt, Aberporth, and New Quay are all within about half an hour's drive. Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are the nearest proper towns for shopping.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The pool and play area are shared with the rest of the holiday park.
