Cornant is in Llechryd, just outside Cardigan. It's a detached house down a lane, next to our place. It sleeps eight, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is a wet room on the ground floor.
The garden is a good size, with a patio area and a fire pit. There's a stream along the bottom of it. The kitchen is big, with slate floors and an Aga. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped, but not overly fancy.
The village is quiet. The river Teifi is a five minute walk. There's a pub about half a mile away. Cardigan town is two miles for shops and cafes. You can get to a lot of beaches in about fifteen minutes. Poppit Sands is probably the closest.
For days out, the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran is good. Cardigan Castle has a lot of history. Cenarth Falls is worth seeing, especially if the salmon are running. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park starts just the other side of Cardigan, and Visit Wales has information on the Ceredigion coast.
Facilities: everything on your list is here. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Parking for a couple of cars. You can bring two dogs.
