Crug Y Bar is in Gwbert, just outside Cardigan in West Wales. It's a detached house on the cliff, about 200 yards from the edge. The main thing about it is the view. You look straight out over the Teifi Estuary and Cardigan Bay. There's a sunroom with big windows just for sitting and watching it.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own. One bedroom is on the ground floor. The other two are upstairs.
The place was fully renovated in 2022. It's all new, well-insulated, and everything works. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and finished to a high standard. There's a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a games room with a pool table. The porch is big enough for bike storage.
You've got your own garden and patio with that same view. There's parking on the drive.
Gwbert itself is very quiet. It's a hamlet, really. There's a cliff-top golf course just along the road. The beach is shingle and about half a mile down the hill. You can walk the coastal path right from the door.
Cardigan is two miles away for shops, places to eat, and the castle. You're right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Good beaches like Poppit Sands are a short drive. For a day out, Strata Florida Abbey is about half an hour inland.
Facilities include all the bedding and towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV. No pets, I'm afraid.
