Crug Y Bar is in Gwbert, just outside Cardigan in West Wales. It's a detached house, modern inside. We had it all done up a couple of years ago.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is downstairs. The main view is over the Teifi estuary. There's a sunroom at the front with big windows so you can just sit and watch the water. The kitchen is a good size. There's a separate games room with a pool table.
The garden has a patio and a BBQ. You can see the estuary from there too. Plenty of parking. There's space in the porch to store bikes if you bring them.
It's very close to the coast path. About a three minute walk and you're on the cliff top, looking out over Cardigan Bay. It's a quiet spot. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park starts just the other side of the estuary. Cardigan Island is straight across the water.
Cardigan town is two miles away for supermarkets and shops. There's a golf club right here. The beach is about half a mile down the lane.
For a day out, you can drive to Mwnt, which is a beautiful beach cared for by the National Trust. It's about 15 minutes. Or go down the coast to Newport and Fishguard, all within half an hour. Visit Wales has more on the Ceredigion coast.
The house has WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and towels and bedding are included. No pets.
