This is Riversmouth, in Gwbert, near Cardigan. It's a detached house that sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms.
It's got a five star rating, which is the top one. It's well looked after and comfortable. The house is spread over three floors. Two twin rooms and a shower room are on the ground floor, which is good if you don't want to tackle stairs. The main family bathroom is on the first floor. There's a private garden and a hot tub.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking for three cars on the drive.
The house is about a hundred yards from the cliff top. The views over Cardigan Bay are very good. It's a quiet spot. There's a pub and restaurant about five hundred yards away. The nearest shop is in Cardigan, about a ten minute drive.
Cardigan town is a couple of miles away. It's got the usual shops, a castle, and the river. For a big beach, Poppit Sands is about three miles. It's a long stretch of sand when the tide's out. You can walk the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from there. The Ceredigion Coast Path starts on the other side of the estuary.
The Teifi Estuary itself is good for kayaking or if you're interested in wildlife. You can sometimes see dolphins from the headland. The Wildlife Trust's Teifi Marshes reserve is nearby.
Further afield, within half an hour you've got a lot of the Pembrokeshire coast. Newport and Fishguard are that way. Inland, there's the Preseli Hills.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them.
