Rosevene

Rosevene is a bungalow in St Dogmaels. It's detached. It's a 4 Star property, so it's comfortable and modern, but not luxurious. It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom.

The main thing is the view. It's up on the bank of the River Teifi, so you look right out over the water. All the main rooms face that way. There's a big terrace out the back where you can sit. You'll see birds and boats going up and down the river. The tide comes in and out, so the view changes.

It's all on one level, so the stairs aren't a problem. The living area is open plan. Doors go straight out onto the terrace.

You're right in the village. The local pub is about twenty yards away. There's a shop a few minutes walk. The St Dogmaels Abbey visitor centre is close, they have a cafe and a market. You can walk along the river path into Cardigan itself, it's about a mile.

For the coast, Poppit Sands is the nearest beach, about five minutes by car. Mwnt is a lovely cove, also close. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs nearby if you want a proper walk.

Within half an hour you can get to places like Cardigan Island Farm Park, or the beaches around Newport. Further afield, there's Tenby or places like Folly Farm.

In terms of stuff: there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog. The garden is enclosed.
