Llyswen

This is Llyswen. It's in Gwbert, near Cardigan in West Wales. It's one of ten houses on the site, but they're all separate and you get your own garden.

It sleeps ten people easily. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own shower rooms. They've all got TVs with Netflix, which is handy if people want to do their own thing. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's well done, comfortable, and everything works.

The main thing is the view. You're about 100 yards back from the cliff top, looking straight out over Cardigan Bay. You get that from the upstairs rooms and the garden. Speaking of the garden, there's a hot tub out there.

Gwbert itself is quiet. It's just a hamlet. There's a pub that does food about a five minute walk away. The nearest shop for a big grocery run is in Cardigan, about ten minutes in the car.

You can walk down to the cliffs from the house. The coastal path is right there. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park starts just across the estuary. For a beach day, Poppit Sands is about seven miles away. It's a good, long stretch of sand.

Cardigan has the usual town things: shops, a castle, places to eat. You can get boat trips from there. If you want to go further, places like St Davids or Aberaeron are within a 30-40 minute drive.

As for the house, it's open plan downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's parking right by the house. The outside areas have CCTV. We allow up to two dogs. The bedding and towels are included, and we provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's also an electric vehicle charger.

If you're looking into the area, the Visit Wales site and the National Trust pages for Cardigan Bay are good starters.
