The Granary
The Granary is a converted stone building on our farm here in Moylgrove. It's detached. You park right outside in the farmyard.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all in one big room upstairs. That's where the beamed ceiling is. The windows up there are small, but you get a good view of Cardigan Bay from them. The stairs up to the front door are the original stone farm steps. They're a bit uneven, so watch your step.
The place is a 3 Star. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. You get the whole ten acres of our land to walk around. There's an enclosed gravel patio with a barbecue.
It's less than a mile to walk down to Ceibwr Bay. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is about a ten minute walk from the door. The path goes right past the bay.
For shops, a pub or a restaurant, you need to go to Newport, which is about five miles away. There's a golf course nearby. You can go horse riding or fishing locally if you arrange it yourself.
Facilities: everything's included in the price. There's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. We provide bedding. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's also storage for bikes.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust in Wales looks after a lot of the coast here. For wider area information, Visit Wales is useful. Cardigan town is about a 15 minute drive for bigger shops.
