The Granary is in Moylgrove. It's a detached stone building, converted from an old farm granary. It's in our farm yard, so you'll see us coming and going sometimes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not modern luxury. The character is in the thick stone walls and the big beams.
You park right outside. The front door is on the first floor, up the original stone steps. They're fine, but watch your step if it's wet.
The main room is up there too. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area all together under a vaulted ceiling. The windows are small, but you get a good view of the fields and a sliver of Cardigan Bay.
Downstairs are the bedrooms and the bathroom. There's an enclosed gravel patio out the front with a BBQ. You're welcome to walk on our ten acres of land. The views from the top field towards the coast are good.
Ceibwr Bay is less than a mile down the lane. It's a rocky cove, good for a look and a paddle. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is about a ten minute walk from the cottage. Turn right for Poppit Sands, left for Ceibwr.
The nearest shop and pub are in Crymych or Newport, about five miles. Newport has a good butcher and a few cafes. Fishguard is about twenty minutes drive for bigger supermarkets.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them. All bedding is included. There's WiFi, but it's rural so it's functional.
