Green Acre is in St Dogmaels. It's right by the River Teifi, so you look out over the water. It's a detached house, sleeps ten. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The main living space is open plan, which is good for a big group. There’s a wood burner for cooler evenings. The garden is large, with a terrace at the front facing the river. The property is mostly on one level, which helps if anyone has mobility issues. There's a ground floor wet room. The access is step-free at the entrance.
The village is a two minute walk. There are two pubs, both decent. A shop is about five minutes away. The beach at Poppit Sands is a bit over a mile. You can walk it along the coastal path from the house. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here.
Cardigan is just over the bridge, maybe a five minute drive. There's a castle, shops, and a good few places to eat. For a bigger day out, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is within half an hour. The National Park website has walking routes and info.
Things here: parking, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The stairs inside are not steep. Some of the steps outside in the garden are a bit higher though, just so you know.
