Gwynt Y Mor is in Gwbert. It's a modern, detached bungalow. Everything is on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem. You get your own garden and there's a hot tub.
It sleeps eight. That's two double rooms and two twin rooms. There are three bathrooms, so you shouldn't be queuing. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
You're about a hundred yards from the cliff top. The views from there are good. You can see the Teifi Estuary and over towards Cardigan Island. It's a quiet spot.
There's a pub and restaurant five hundred yards up the road. The nearest shop is about three and a half miles away in Cardigan. The beach at Poppit Sands is about a seven minute drive.
Cardigan is a couple of miles away. You've got the castle there and the usual shops. If you want to walk, you're right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal path is spectacular. For a change of scene, the Wales Coast Path runs through here too.
Within half an hour, you can get to Newcastle Emlyn, which has a castle ruin, or Cilgerran with its waterfalls. The National Trust has several places along the coast like Mwnt, which is a lovely little beach.
It's a good base for birdwatching around the estuary. The golf club is just down the road if that's your thing.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for you at the house. You can bring up to two dogs.
Just so you know, the outside areas are covered by CCTV. It’s part of the site.
