Gaynor’s Place is a well equipped holiday accommodation comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests in one bedroom.
As you enter the apartment via the level, ground floor entrance you find yourself in the spacious entrance hallway. To your right is the double bedroom and to your left is the bright and airy open plan living/dining room and kitchen and the shower room is located just at the end of the hallway.
The real bonus to this property is the access to the hot tub! The owner does live above the apartment and the hot tub is located in the garden above, however guests are more than welcome to use the hot tub as and when they choose and are in no way disturbed. Gaynor’s Place is situated just outside of Paignton town, away from the hustle and bustle while still being within short driving distance of everything the town has to offer. There are nearby shops just down the road from the property and in the opposite direction a local pub/restaurant. Venture into Paignton town to experience the arcades, cinema, crazy golf, beach and pier to name just a few. Whether wanting to experience Paignton itself or explore further afield such as Torquay and Brixham, making up the beautiful English Riviera, Gaynor’s place is a fantastic place to start. Not to mention surrounding areas such as Kingswear, Dartmouth, Teignmouth and the local city of Exeter.
