The Hideaway

The Hideaway is a first-floor apartment right on the main street in Chapel-en-le-Frith. It's got its own front door, then you go up a flight of stairs to get in. You get a great view out the back from the moment you walk in.

It sleeps six, with three bedrooms. There's a double with an en-suite shower room, another double, and a twin room. Then there's a separate family shower room too, which has the washing machine in it. And there's a separate toilet as well.

The main room is all open plan. Kitchen, dining table, breakfast bar, and the living area with a big sofa and TV. The patio doors lead out to a decked area. It gets the sun and the view over the fields is the main thing.

You're in the middle of Chapel, so shops, cafes, and pubs are just outside. It's a useful base. For walking, you're right on the edge of the Peak District. Mam Tor and Kinder Scout are about a 15-minute drive away. Castleton is close too, you can go down the caves there if that's your thing. Buxton is about 20 minutes by car, they've got the Opera House and the Pavilion Gardens.

Further afield, Chatsworth House is probably 30 minutes' drive. The Monsal Trail is good for a flat bike ride, that's about 20 minutes away as well.

In terms of what's here: everything listed is included. The bedding and towels, the WiFi, the parking spot. There's a stairgate if you need it. No pets, sorry.
